I have 16 years of experience and last 8 years spent directly in software development. Being a professional product officer, senior delivery leader, project manager & agile product owner of end-to-end custom cross-segment software solutions & premium digital experience.

Early achievements helped me to understand the importance of customer expectation, satisfaction alghorythms and soft nuances in people management while learning everything about the business, finance and banking in one of the most exciting and innovative banking houses worldwide.

Being recognized with The banker of the year and The branch manager of the year awards, FinTech has naturally became the foundation ground segment within the first software projects and products entrusted into my ownership custody od delivery.

 

It has now been 45+ projects, products and programs with the direct

hands-on ownership of software increments and/or digital & UI/UX experience

in various journeys of customer / user life-cycle.

Living the life of a professional expat gaining the experience in state-of-the-art software production and technology, I had worked in 4 different european countries. Germany, Austria, Czechia and Slovakia.

 

Most of the time, my projects were front-facing.
All sizes. From small up to those with the budget of 1,5 mio USD per year, built on different, frequent, but also exotic technology.

 

In diversed, differently sized-up and variously matured teams,
truly cross-functional teams many times, consisting of all the
very well known roles, skills and flaws.
From 2 up to 23 team members per team,
usually multitasking 1 to multiple squads and projects...

in its segment, for the most successful e-commerce in the world, earning 30mil. EUR yearly, with 30 people employed only.
Working for the german unicorn, awarded TOP10 in Europe (KPMG).
A Billion Dollar startup (Forbes), which raised 300+mio EUR backed by Peter Thiel and Blackrock, leveraging AI in consumer prime and sub-prime lending around the globe in times, when AI, according to Gartner, wasn`t on the incline of its hype cycle.
Leading the delivery for CEE countries (Serbia, Croatia, Czechia, Bosnia&Hercegovina,...) in an international banking group.
Working in Prague as IT department lead and scrum master of 3  independent squads inside agile transformation,
or transforming several teams in Chicago based development centrum.
 

In addition to managing products, projects and programs, the redesign of software development life cycle and/or redesign of IT support management was given to me into responsibility several times.

With being given red diploma award for highest excellency in studies, my alma maters are Masaryk University and University of Economics.

I am skilled in some of the typical tools used in managing software development life cycle and project management with the preference for Atlassian products (Jira & Confluence) with both, operational and global administration skill from multiple instances working with them several years and have reasonable understanding of different GIT tools.
I also have an experience with other tools, e.g. Miro, Figma, InVision, Marvel, Sketch, RASA, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Betterstack, AWS products, ...
